Organic, Currently a Single Origin, Italian Dark Roast Our roaster was down in April '26 and once we got back up and running, we had to rebuild all of our profiles. Everything is similar to what it was but, we think, better! Our coffee is sold in sealed, zippered, bags with valves. Beans will be shipped as "Whole Bean" unless you add a note at check out. Please specify the grind required (Coarse, Medium, Fine, ~or~ French Press, Drip, Pour Over, Keurig, or Espresso) Coffee CANNOT be shipped via Media Mail! Bean Notes: Our Italian Roast is currently a Brazilian Bean that has notes of Chocolat
