Ají Fellows Farms
Nos encanta este Ají por su perfil floral, dulce y afrutado. En la taza destacan la flor de azahar, el pomelo y la fresa confitada, acompañados de notas a miel cruda, piña confitada y chocolate con leche. Tiene un cuerpo almibarado que nos recuerda al melocotón en almíbar y una acidez media, como la de la piña, que mantiene la taza fresca y equilibrada.
