Ethiopia - Shantawene Natural
This natural processed lot from Shantawene village in Bensa, Ethiopia, is a complex cup with a lot going on. We get plenty of ripe white peach off the bat, with sticky strawberry jam and honey notes throughout. There's a light and sticky sweetness that lingers on the finish. We also get notes of dried apricot and dark cherry. Rested versions of this lot are available here .
