Pink Cloud Coffee · United States
Guatemalan - Medium Roast
Origin: Huehuetenango, Guatemala Roast Level: Medium Tasting Notes: Cocoa, baking spice, citrus Grown high in the Cuchumatanes mountains and sourced through the El Guaya’b co-op, a collective of 300+ indigenous Maya-Quiche families, this coffee has the kind of complexity that only high-altitude Guatemalan beans can bring. Expect cocoa richness, warm baking spice, and a subtle citrus edge that keeps the cup feeling vibrant from start to finish. It’s lively without being sharp, comforting without being heavy, and a great choice for anyone ho likes their medium roast with a little more character.
