GERSE
Makuprofiili: Aprikoosi, Persikka jäätee, Hunaja | Paahtoaste: 2/5 Tämä kahvi tulee Yirgacheffen ylängöiltä, viljelijä Biniyam Aklilulta. Huolellisesti valikoidut kypsät kahvimarjat kuivataan korotetuilla pedillä Etiopian auringon alla, ja niitä lajitellaan käsin koko prosessin ajan. Päivän kuumimpina hetkinä kahvimarjat peitetään, jotta kuivaus pysyy tasaisena eikä etene liian nopeasti. Kun oikea kosteuspitoisus marjassa saavutetaan, kahvi varastoidaan kuivattuna ennen kuorintaa ja kuljetusta Addis Abebaan. Kupissa kahvi on kirkas ja erittäin helposti lähestyttävä. Maussa korostuu
