It has a medium-heavy body that's velvety smooth, with just a touch of fruit acidity. The cup starts with rich notes of dark chocolate and decadent chocolate cake. In the middle, gingerbread spice notes dance on your tongue and add a new dimension to the cup. Toward the end, jammy notes of plum add a touch of fruit before fading into the finish.
