Fazenda Rodomunho se află pe un platou înălțat din Cerrado Mineiro, în Rio Paranaíba, Minas Gerais, înconjurată de un val montan, trei pereți naturali de stâncă și cinci izvoare de râu. Această geografie nu e doar pitorească, e funcțională. Peretele natural de stâncă protejează ferma de vânturi, izvoarele contribuie la un microclimat echilibrat, iar altitudinea de 1.100–1.300 de metri creează condiții ideale pentru o maturare lentă și o complexitate aromatică bine definită.
