ETHIOPIA
Halo Beriti Washing Station serves 750 smallholder producers, who deliver their coffee to the station in cherry form. This particular lot is part of a "special preparation" in which hand-sorting was done repeatedly throughout the receiving and drying process to ensure that only perfect coffees made it into the bags. This coffee is fresh, clean and bright. We taste golden raisin, fresh apricot and peach flavors. Origin: Ethiopia Washing Station: Halo Beriti Region: Gedeb, Yirgacheffe Variety: Ethiopian Heirloom Process: Washed 12oz
