Brazil Peaberry Medium Roast Coffee
This unique single origin hails from the Mara Madeira Coffee Farm in the Sul de Minas region of Brazil. We are excited to partner with this women-owned farm powered by generational coffee farming practices and sustainability. Brazil Peaberry is a naturally occurring single-bean mutation that roasts beautifully. This roast uses the red and yellow Catuai peaberry that has a high-quality, rare, and bright body. Our medium roast brings together the smooth and complex dance of chocolate, soft caramel sweetness, and with a hint of plum fruit. Roast Level: Medium Tasting Notes: Chocolate, caramel,
