FILTER - SINGLE ORIGIN
Bench Maji, in forests of southwest Ethiopia, is one of the country's historic coffee-growing regions where indigenous Arabica has flourished for generations. Carefully hand-picked at peak ripeness, the cherries are naturally dried on raised beds to enhance their sweetness and develop complex fruit flavours. This coffee delivers notes of blueberry, ripe apricot and dark cherries, with a smooth body, balanced acidity, and a lingering sweet finish.
