Producer: Urena Rojas Family Cultivar: Red catuai- caturra Altitude: 1450 – 1500m Process: Black Honey Costa Rica Cafe Rivense Dark chocolate, Cherry, Almond, Vanilla, Dried Apricot Regulo Urena, a third-generation coffee producer, started Cafe Rivense del Chirripo, a micro mill located in the Brunca Region surrounding the Chirripo Mountain. At the end of each day, the coffee pickers gather at the mill to process the day’s production.
