Grown at high elevations in Grecia, West Valley, Costa Rica, this coffee comes from Cerro San Luis Micromill, two family farms and a small mill owned by siblings Alexander and Magali Delgado, along with their spouses. The Delgado siblings have focused on growing different varieties of coffee and currently grow over 10 different types of coffee. This lot is processed as White Honey, a method the family developed themselves. Cherries are sorted and depulped shortly after harvest, then moved straight to raised beds for a few days at a shallow depth before finishing under cover on a patio. It's a
