This cooperative is made up of many small family farms across the mountains of the Chiapas region that surround the El Triunfo Biosphere Reserve. This area provides the perfect elevation for coffee growing, and the climate allows for a long ripening season for coffee cherries. This ensures the flavors in the coffee develop to have a strong body and flavor that is a crowd pleaser for the majority of coffee drinkers.
