You’ll get a parade of fruit from this natural process from the Vargas family’s La Piragua farm in Huila, Colombia. Pink Bourbon remains one of the most interesting and sought-after varietals, and the processing for this excellent lot has done a wonderful job highlighting the fruit and sweetness that characterize Pink Bourbon. In our cupping and pour overs, we get fresh tangerine, blueberry and raspberry syrups and compotes, and a delightful lemon wash on the end of the palate for a clean, citric finish.
