Pivot Espresso - 6 months
Pivot is sourced with experimentation in mind. Fruit forward and always exciting, Pivot is single-origin espresso as it should be. It’s also perfect for pivoting between different brew methods - fantastic as an adventurous espresso, but just as great as pour over or in a cafetière. Eva Gotiti station was established in 2022 on a two-hectare plot of land. Since its inception, it has steadily developed, with long-term plans for expansion, including underground water sourcing, the installation of artificial dryers, site expansion, and solar tunnel installation. It follows strict water management
