This coffee comes to us through our friends Joel Edwards and the team at Red Fox Coffee Merchants , sourced through the historic Ethiopian export house Moplaco . Producer Neguesse Debela established his first washing station in Worka Chelbessa in 2017, helping showcase the extraordinary potential of Ethiopia’s Gedeb region. At the station, carefully sorted cherries are depulped, dry-fermented for 48 to 72 hours, washed, then slowly dried on ra
