Harvested and processed at the Caserio Teogal Aldea San Martin mill, it undergoes a meticulous sun-drying process on cement patios, followed by careful drying in 'guardiolas,' a method unique to Guatemala since 1872. This coffee stands as a shining example of what washed Guatemalan coffees can offer – bright acidity, rich chocolaty sweetness, and an impeccably clean CUP . Lovely on drip, exceptional as espresso where the cherry notes really come to life. CLI
