A Brazilian single origin from the Medalha region. Dark chocolate and cooked raspberry. The chocolate is bittersweet and full, and the raspberry comes through soft and concentrated, more slow-cooked fruit than fresh berry. Full-bodied with a smooth finish. This is a straightforward, satisfying cup. Good for drip, French press, or as an afternoon coffee when you want something with depth.
