Elite is one of the first two we’re releasing from his farm, Finca Elite, this season. Elite is a classic Central American washed process coffee, a blend of Catuai and Bourbon varieties. Smooth, rich, and approachable, it presents a sweetness of green apple, a walnut depth, and an anchoring throughline of turbinado sugar.
