Guatemala -Candelaria - Single Origin
“Candelaria” is soft illumination, as by candlelight, evoking imagery of warmth, clarity and hope. Philosophically symbolizing knowledge and enlightenment, bringing light to others in the pursuit of truth. Beautiful imagery which expresses the multifaced depth of our Guatemala Huehuetenango Candelaria SHB and helps one reflect on the humanity responsible for such a gem. Our coffee is curated primarily from three Finca’s or Farms. Finca La Maravilla, meaning “Wonder”, is a remote 59-acre plot operated by Mauricio, father, and Luis, son, Rosales. Finca Vasquez is the remote dream of its owner It
