Costa Rican La Pastora Tarrazu
Grown at an altitude of 1300-1600 meters through the Coopertiva de Caficultores de Tarrazu. The soil is volcanic Loam and is fully washed then sun dried in processing. One of our most balanced coffees and is only roasted medium to reserve its delicate profile which includes juicy flavors of rosewater, plum, and milk chocolate.
