Need a coffee for your evening brews?! Grown in the Valle Del Cauca region, this decaf is nuanced and delicious. The coffee is processed naturally using fermented sugarcane to draw out 97% of the caffeine while preserving the coffees complex flavors and aroma. This way of decaffeination is widely known as the ‘Sugarcane Process’. We roast this lot fairly quickly and light, bringing out flavors like tart cherry, melon, and dark chocolate.
