Micromills wie Don Sabino produzieren in Costa Rica kleine, klar getrennte Lots unter 1.000 Säcken pro Jahr, stehen für höchste Qualität und vollständige Rückverfolgbarkeit und ermöglichen eine besonders präzise Verarbeitung.
