Bouncy Castle typically showcases a single-origin washed Ethiopian coffee but is open to any sparkly coffees as long as there’s something vibrant, sweet, and fun in the flavour. Ethiopia Keffa This " Tsebel " coffee, as it's called, is sourced through our importing partner, Catalyst Coffee, and their long-time producer partner, Dinkalem Ademe, who runs sites in Wush Wush and Dimbira, Keffa. It is located in the little village of Wush Wush. It is a washing station owned and operated by Dinkale
