Javara Turmeric Noodles, 200 g
Wheat noodles coloured and flavoured with real turmeric, not dye. Javara makes these by working turmeric into the dough itself, which is why the colour holds after boiling. Steamed and dried rather than fried, so they cook clean instead of oily. How to use it: boil 4 to 5 minutes, drain, then stir-fry with garlic and shallots. Works in soup and cold noodle salads.
