This coffee was a collaboration of two amazing producers Elsa Vivanco and Darwin Vivanco. They’ve called it “Mitad del Mundo” which means “in the middle of the world.” Grown in Ecuador, a country famous for its remarkable diversity in landscapes and coffee origins. This particular lot is from Loja, in the Southern Hemisphere, where fertile mountains, favourable climates, and rich biodiversity create ideal conditions for coffee production.
