Our Mexico Organic Fair Trade is a great crowd-pleasing dark roast coffee. It has low acidity, a medium body, and a rich flavor profile. It starts with chocolate at the beginning of the cup, and quickly notes of caramel appear on the palate. In the middle, spicy notes of cinnamon pop into the cup, and they combine with the chocolate notes to form a long, sweet, roasty finish. This coffee is one of the favorites of our cupping team.
