Ethiopia: Hambela E.A. Decaf
We love this coffee because its fruited complexity, sweetness, and transparency really stand out! In a world of Decaf coffees that can feel incomplete flavor-wise, Hambela E.A. Decaf Natural is a wonderful representation of a modern Natural process from Ethiopia that will even impress non-decaf drinkers in any of your favorite brewing methods!
Merchant's tasting notes: crème brûlée, apple, raspberry jam
