Black Honey Sidra
Reminds us of: Berries, lavender, rosemary, botanical gardens (light roast) Another showcase competition level coffee from the crew Campo Hermoso and one of my personal favorites, Edwin Noreña. Anything he puts out is a stand-out and this is no exception. An interesting varietal, Sidra, undergoes an anaerobic Black Honey process and has such a beautiful and prominent sage/rosemary note to it in the best way possible. On par with the Pink Bourbon IPA of his that is also available now. You can’t miss with either..or both!
