House Coffee
I used to roast this coffee a tad bit darker but it's been trending lighter over time. Now that jawn is out this coffee can be a true third wave type of espresso. I generally have refered to this coffee as a fully developed light roast. We're looking at an excellent chocolatey espresso with a nice dry finish but also clean and no bite. This is another fincas miersich coffee from the Placeres farm. If spro is not your thing it's great for drip! Also it's not a blend, stop calling it that.
