Montecito Blend
Most blends pick one roast level. Montecito uses three. Part of it is roasted Full City (our light), part Viennese (our medium) and part French (our dark). Then we bring all three together. The beans are an international mix of American and Indonesian coffees, from Central and South America and Indonesia. Three roast degrees in one bag make for a cup with a lot of character. We call it a coffee lover's dream, and it's a classy favorite on our menu. Like the neighborhood just down the road from Santa Barbara, it's a little bit fancy without trying too hard. Montecito is one of the three coffees
