It is a geisha washed from the plot called Falda. A few hours after roasting, we notice : When hot : it tastes floral, vegetal like jasmine, violette. Are we buying all the coffees we taste that have jasmine and violette. I start to think we do. Ha ha ! When warm : the cup is very clean with jasmine. Hints of peach and apricot.
