Also an excellent espresso, the framework for Sabra is a flavor profile that is sweet with a syrupy body and a vibrant finish. The current iteration is a blend of Colombian & Brazilian coffees - all direct trade from women-owned coffee businesses Mina Rica Estate is owned by Carolina Posada, a third generation coffee producer in Antioquia, Colombia.
