Our Ethiopia Organic Fair Trade is medium bodied with light acidity. The cup is chocolatey throughout with the light acidity popping early in the cup. The acidic notes reminded us of blueberry preserves and a sweeter white wine. The middle of the cup has rye bread notes which then fade into the cocoa powder finish.
