This coffee is sourced from the Rako community in Ethiopia’s south-central zone of Gedeo. Grown by smallholder farmers at high elevations (1,900 - 2,200 MASL) and processed at the local Kochere Rako washing station, each lot is carefully washed and dried to preserve its clarity and character.
