This peaberry microlot from Grupo Terruño Nayarita is collected over the course of the harvest at the dry mill being carefully sorted, rested, and processed. You can expect a smooth and sweet cup from this roast, with chocolate, honey-like sweetness and subtle citric acidity coming through. Excellent on all filter methods, and even shines through on espresso.
