Perky Porter Coffee Blend
A blend of medium and dark roasted coffees of Indonesia boasting a full body and light acidity with a marked earthy taste and a hint of chocolate. LaJava Roasting House’s Perky Porter coffee is a result of local friendship and collaboration between the Owner/Roastmaster of LaJava and the Owner/Brewmaster of Stillmank Brewing Company, both of Green Bay WI. Stillmank was looking for a unique coffee to utilize in their brewing process of a new coffee porter and worked closely with LaJava in selecting what would become the Perky Porter coffee blend utilized in the Perky Porter milk chocolate beer.
