Décaféiné Guatemala SHB Décaféiné. La première décaféination remonte au début du XX ème siècle. De nombreux procédés ont été testé (sublimation, haute fréquence, ultrasons) mais actuellement, seuls 3 procédés existent (source; olivier Langlois ). Dans ce procédé naturel, le café est mis en contact avec de la vapeur d’eau afin de gonfler le grain. Ensuite, il est introduit dans un réservoir résistant à une pression de plus de 250 bars.
