Pebble's Peruvian Rainbow is a certified organic medium roast from Peru with chocolate, citrus, and nutty notes. It's sourced from Café Selva Norte, a sustainable initiative in northern Peru that empowers smallholder farmers with environmentally responsible practices. Named in memory of Pebbles, the sweet and cuddly kitty of one of our team members. Every 12 oz bag feeds a shelter cat for a week.
