100% Café Arábica. Fragancia afrutada con un perfil de acidez media, cuerpo medio-alto y tonos afrontados (que recuerdan a albaricoque), de agradable y exquisito paladear. Cuerpo de intensidad media, sedoso, y sensación media de oleosidad en boca. Tratado en fincas con los máximos cuidados para que tenga la catalogación de ecológico. Precisa que no haya sido tratado ni con química ni con fertilizantes, tan solo estiércol. Producción pequeña.
