Yuzu and grapefruit lead, followed by sweet orange and a soft apricot finish. this ting got some big yuzu fruit notes, all day drinker. Produced by smallholder farmers delivering cherry to Githembe Coffee Factory, operated by Thirika Farmers Co-operative Society in Kiambu County. At 1,800 metres above sea level, coffee grows in rich red volcanic soils beneath Grevillea and indigenous shade trees.
