We roast this blend to a medium color to add a subtle sharpness, for those mornings when you need a great coffee to get your day going. This blend is sweet with notes of orange chocolate at the front end of the cup. Sweet and subtle fruit notes of red grape appear in the middle of the cup and then continues with sweet notes of honey and chocolate into the finish.
