Quilichao Einer unserer eher helleren Espresso, trotzdem dunkel genug geröstet, um als sehr aromatischer, leicht fruchtiger Espresso gut da zu stehen. Wir trinken ihn am liebsten als Doppio, da kommt er richtig gut und stark zur Geltung, sehr cremig. Aber auch als schwarzen langen Kaffee ist er sehr aromatisch und stark im Geschmack. Diesen Kaffee haben wir von der Cosurca Kooperative, die in der Nähe der Kleinstadt Santander de Quilichao liegt, in deren Umgebung es eine grosse Diversität von Vögeln gibt.
