Rose Nebula opens with a wash of rose and ripe lychee, then passion fruit lifts the acidity before a long, gentle finish of peach oolong. This lot comes from Yingjiang County in Dehong, on Yunnan's western edge near the Myanmar border. Catimor is the workhorse variety of Yunnan, but careful processing takes it somewhere unexpected here.
