Ethiopia Ardi This coffee is another installment to our recent tradition of sourcing coffee from the Ethiopian region Sidama. The Ardi marks a return to a blueberry forward coffee on the Whirlwind menu. This harkens back to our tradition of sourcing coffee from Yirgacheffe where that specific note was sought after. This Ethiopia Ardi is produced by Daye Bensa, a private, family owned coffee producing and exporting company based in Ethiopia. They work closely with local farmers in the Bensa, Sidama area, own multiple washing stations (including the Shantawene washing station where our lot from
