Sumatra Dark Roast
Sumatra is a wet-hull processed coffee bean, the only that Rivet offers as a single origin. Processing is the method in which the cherry is removed from the coffee bean post-harvest and has a lot of impact on the final flavor of the bean. The wet-hull process is particular to Indonesia, where there is more than 200 rainy days a year. Beans are depulped immediately after harvest, fermented overnight, then cleaned.
