Our Bourbon Barrel Reserve is a truly unique coffee experience that brings together the bold richness of bourbon and the vibrant complexity of naturally processed beans from Nicaragua. We age these beans in a freshly emptied bourbon barrel from Pine Bluffs Distillery, located just down the road in Pine Bluffs, Wyoming. Over several weeks, the green beans absorb the deep, oaky character of the barrel—infusing each cup with warm notes of caramel and a subtle hint of bourbon.
