Similar to the Honduran Pre-germ in versatility, this washed coffee from El Salvador is a fantastic all around coffee. This coffee offers a bit more complexity in the flavor profile with hints of black tea, currant and orange peel. This coffee cannot fail in any method. It's excellent as drip, espresso and rocks as a cold brew. Located in the northern part of the San Miguel Volcano, cultivated mainly with the Bourbon and Pacas varieties.
