Father and son duo, Alexander and Arley Vargas, bring us this complex and unique coffee from Huila, Colombia. The Striped Red Bourbon variety is a natural mutation from the Bourbon variety. It is characterized by striped on the red cherry. This coffee has undergone a 72 hour fermentation process before drying on raised beds for about 15 days. This process brings out fruity characteristics such as orange and strawberry shortcake.
