Ethiopia Yirgacheffe
Meet the Bean This classic washed Yirgacheffe is pure sunshine in a cup. Grown in the famed Chelchele district at dizzying elevations of 1,900–2,200 meters, these beans deliver a cup that's bright, juicy, and irresistibly floral. Bright, floral, and quietly complex – this washed Yirgacheffe leads with chocolate raspberry and black tea depth, followed by delicate floral aromatics and a bright citrus lift on the finish. It's vibrant but balanced, refreshing yet comforting – the kind of cup that reminds you why Yirgacheffe is such a legend. Light roast. Easy sipping. Surprisingly layered. Flavor
